His professional journey has included a significant role with the Las Colinas Group, a prominent real estate developer responsible for a remarkable $250 million 20-acre entertainment complex. During his tenure with the Las Colinas Group, he orchestrated a $125 million private placement with Jefferies and Co. This substantial financial maneuver was accompanied by his adept management of pre-construction activities, architectural planning, design, and technology teams for the project. Additionally, he skillfully handled internal branding, sales, and marketing teams, further contributing to the success of the venture.

Will received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. He is a member of the United States Polo Association and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
