Gus Vidal is an associate at WBR Land Group, working with buyers and sellers of ranches, recreational properties, and investment land. Born and raised in Dallas, Gus grew up camping and hunting, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Gus graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2024 with a degree in Real Estate Finance and went on to study AI and coding at SMU. That training shapes how he approaches every transaction: underwriting land as an investment, analyzing comparable sales and price-per-acre trends, and evaluating the factors that drive long-term value — water, minerals, improvements, and highest and best use. He also puts his technical background to work on the marketing side, using data and modern digital tools to target the right buyers and give clients' properties broader exposure.
